THINK IT - FEEL IT - BE IT


Create a reality you want...live it in your thoughts and feelings and give thanks ahead of before it happens. At this point you are experiencing the future now. Predicting your future. To do this you must be present...in the now. 
Giving thanks and believing it allows you to emotionally condition your body that it has already happened.


​Before you begin, set up what I it is you're becoming...assess, understand and accept what it is. 

Creating a new you with wealth, health, relationships, etc.
or
Moving past an experience, resentment, guilt, shame, etc. to become a new you.

The sequence goes like this...
​1) Get comfortable...settle in, relax,  take your attention to your breath as you breathe in and out normally.
​
2) Do a body scan induction meditation.

Here is an audio I created to help perform the first two steps

3) As you finish step two, perform three box breaths.

​4) V
isualize the "new" you and vividly understand how you will be the new you.

5) Once your visualization is clear, perform three slow, deep belly breaths.

6) Attaching a past feeling to the "new" you is necessary to "feel" the new you. Pick out a time in your life that gives you great joy (or relief if you are moving past something) (this should be understood before step 1) and practice until you produce the feelings as though it has already happened which produces the chemicals your body needs to "feel" the experience...you've already done it...you've become it...who you are (norm).

7) Once you feel the new you, end with a lions breath.
Finally, repetition....repeat until you become the new you or you no longer feel the resentment, guilt shame, etc. Everyone is different and every situation is unique, so the amount of time it takes to "BE IT" varies. Sometimes weeks, sometime months. 


One last thing...there are reasons and meanings behind each step and why you do them this way, but it would be a book to explain them all. If you are interested in knowing more or personal coaching, please contact me.
