My Daily Mindset was a project I did a couple years ago on Instagram.
At that time, you could only have a 60 second video. So, I recorded myself, everyday for less than a minute each day, for about 6 months.
I would talk for less than a minute about a mindset or experience that day and how I used it to help me overcome or improve myself.
