Wouldn't it be nice to predict the future? Yeah, I thought so too! Next Level Performance Training (NLPT) is a program that took me three years to put together. NLPT is based on Goal Setting, Habit Development, Emotional Intelligence, Productivity and Efficiency principles. Putting these areas together into one program was challenging, but fun, and in the end designed to make life easier...
We make decisions every day that shape our future. The better we can predict outcomes, the better our decisions become, which in turn the better our future. By learning to play the "what if" game correctly, you can narrow down the possible outcomes to the most likely choices, and then pre-plan your responses to those outcomes. So, we can predict the future, at least our future! The great thing about NLPT is it shows you, step by step, how to predict outcomes to make better decisions. This allows you to shape your future, and gives you control over your life!

When it comes to your organization, the people are the lifeline that keep it moving in the desired direction. Sometimes, the speed or efficiency at which it moves can be slowed by one or multiple parts. Many times the parts just need a little adjustment to get back on track. This is where I come in. It may be a top performer who has lost his mojo, a bottom performer who has the potential but not sure how to tap into it, or a collective group that needs realigning. This is where my training comes into play. I will take one, two, or the whole group and realign them into top performers.
